Support the Future of Hospitality. The ProStart Program is a career and technical education program that offers culinary education to Massachusetts students interested in hospitality. This fundraising weekend is created to support the Educational Foundation and the ProStart program. During this time, if you donate $10 (during the purchase of your meal, either in-store or online) you will receive a $10 gift card valid at any Fiorella’s Cucina or Trattoria location, to thank you for your donation. All proceeds benefit The Massachusetts Restaurant Association Foundation.
