Wake up in 18thcentury Concord and learn to cook and prepare an authentic colonial breakfast with instructor and historian Laura Ziman on Sunday, June 9, 10:00 am to 11:30 am at the Concord Museum. Laura Ziman will demonstrate how to make scones, biscuits, old-fashioned strawberry jam and home-made butter. Immerse yourselves in the daily lives of children and families and come away with a sense of lives lived long ago. Learn how children’s lives and routines have changed through time, and what still might be the same.
