Position Summary

The Marketing & PR Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive revenue, increase guest engagement, strengthen community relationships, and elevate the Inn’s reputation as a premier dining, lodging, wedding, and event destination.

This role oversees digital marketing, social media, advertising, public relations, promotional events, partnerships, content creation, and brand storytelling across all departments including hotel, restaurants, weddings, banquets, and entertainment programming. The primary goal of this position is to increase hotel revenues by focusing on an outside sales and marketing effort.
