John E Cadigan – Chief Operating Officer Barrett Sotheby’s International Reality
John joined the Board in 2021. Originally from Concord he now works at Barrett Sotheby’s International Realty as their Chief Operating Officer. Prior to his current role John spent nine years at the Boston Bruins in various sales and service capacities. He’s a graduate of Concord Carlisle High School and Gettysburg College, and he currently lives in Charlestown with his wife, Lindsay, and their twin boys.
Kim Edgar – Reflections Consignment
Kim joined the chamber board in 2024. She has owned Reflections Consignment since 2014. She brings a viewpoint of the small brick-and-mortar business located in West Concord to the board. She has been a Concord resident for nearly 30 years, raising her 4 children in town. She believes that sharing opportunities for connection and collaboration brings benefit for all.
Rick Fadden, Loan Officer – MBA Mortgage
Rick joined the Board in 2023. He is a loan officer for MBA Mortgage. Rick grew up in Concord and is a graduate of Concord Carlisle High School and Bentley University. In addition to the chamber he is a part of Homes for Heroes and the Northeast Association of Realtors. Outside of mortgages Rick coaches wrestling for Concord Carlisle High School and Concord Carlisle Youth Wrestling.
Edward Feather – Photographer & Filmmaker
Edward joined the Board in 2026. He is a photographer and filmmaker based in Concord, specializing in executive portraits and corporate storytelling for organizations across Greater Boston. With a background in advertising and over 25 years of experience in client and brand management, Edward brings a strategic perspective to his visual work. He is passionate about helping individuals and organizations present themselves with clarity and confidence, and values the role of local businesses in building a strong, connected community.
Joshua Joslyn – Concord Cheese Shop
Joshua joined the Board in 2025 after assuming ownership of The Cheese Shop in 2024. With decades of experience in specialty foods and importing, he brings fresh leadership and operational acumen to this beloved Concord institution. Joshua looks forward to strengthening relationships between local businesses and the community while fostering opportunities for professional growth for everyone who works as hard as they do to maintain The Cheese Shop’s legacy. He and his family live in Sudbury, and he eagerly awaits the day his children are old enough to learn the ins and outs of the family business.
Amanda Lahikainen, Concord Museum Executive Director
Amanda joined the Board in 2026. She is excited to return to Massachusetts to lead the Concord Museum. Previously a tenured professor of art history, she most recently served as Executive Director of the Ogunquit Museum of American Art. Her interests range broadly from institutional finances to material culture and eighteenth-century history.
Shane Lawless – Lawless Upholstery and Furnishings
Celebrating his 20th year as a Concord business owner, Shane joined the Concord Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in 2025. A self-taught entrepreneur, Shane brings hands-on experience and a practical perspective shaped by years of building and sustaining a local business. He is passionate about supporting Concord’s commercial community and fostering a vibrant, collaborative business environment. Originally from Ireland, he now lives in Concord with his wife and business partner and their two sons, and is proud to call the community home.
Jessica Miller – Jessica Miller Coaching
Leslie Palola – Manager Fiorella’s Cucina
Leslie joined the Board in 2021. She is the General Manager at Fiorella’s Cucina in Concord. Previous to Fiorella’s she managed Vincenzo’s Restaurant in West Concord for 7 years.  She loves the people and history of Concord and how close-knit the community is. Working at Fiorella’s she gets to see so many of the same faces and also meet new people everyday.  When she is not working she loves spending time with family and doing outdoor activities.
Sandra Petti, Chief of Staff, Membership Marketing Director – Nashawtuc Country Club
With over 30 years in the hospitality industry, Sandra brings a wealth of knowledge in sales and marketing to Nashawtuc. She is an innovative leader, adept at creating and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive membership growth and retention. Her ability to create a shared vision among staff and members has earned her respect from those she works with. Sandra is committed to improving the member experience at Nashawtuc. She is a member of several professional organizations and is dedicated to staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the hospitality industry. In her free time, she loves to play golf, cook, and spend time with her family that include 4 sons and 5 grandchildren.
Jen Verrill – Verrill Farm
Jen joined the board in 2025 and is a partner at Verrill Farm which she owns along with her parents, Joan and Steve Verrill. She grew up in Concord and is a graduate of Concord Carlisle High School and UMass. After graduation and working in the food industry, she returned to the farm where she was instrumental in establishing the Verrill Farmstand with its kitchen and bakery. Passionate about food and farming, she is a member of Les Dames Escoffier and the Culinary Guild of New England and was a member of the Concord Agriculture Committee at its inception. She looks forward to continued engagement in community events and upholding the legacy of the farm.
