On Saturday, May 19, Steve Verrill will lead a tour of the asparagus field – sharing tips on planting, tending and harvesting. The tour leaves from the farm stand at 9:00 am prompt and last approximately an hour and a half. Reservations are not necessary.
From 11 am – 2 pm on May 19, Verrill Farm chefs will be making dishes with asparagus for customers to sample – from soup, to grilled, to quiche and more! Pick up a bunch of asparagus and recipes before leaving the stand!
