Farm to Table Mid-Summer Crop Dinner Verrill Farm

Relax at day’s end at an al fresco dinner¬†under our tent
Wednesday, July 25 ~ 6 p.m.
Relax at day’s end at an al fresco dinner under our tents! Verrill Farm chefs prepare a bountiful 3 course dinner (appetizers, main course and dessert) featuring our own just-picked crops.

Crudites with dips, spreads and breads
Salmon and corn cakes with Remoulade sauce
Grilled eggplant and wonton canapes
Sweet pepper, caramelized onion and mushroom filo cups with gruyere
Stuffed Cousa squash with our own grass-fed beef, corn and chorizo
Shaved vegetable salad
Mixed green and wax beans with curried citrus vinaigrette
Ratatouille rice
Cream puffs with lemon curd and fresh blueberries
