Coping with Stress – How to Be Happy Free Seminar – Bay Path University

Dr. Kristina Hallett board-certified Clinical Psychologist, Associate Professor of Psychology at Bay Path University, speaker, author and executive coach is our guest speaker for the Bay Path University hot topic book series.  Dr. Hallett specializes in helping busy professional women be more productive at work without jeopardizing their personal relationships, and in fact, even enhancing them. Dr. Hallett presents internationally in several topic areas – productivity, resilience, communication, self-care, mentoring, and living your best life.
